Cancellation Fee Waiver Program – Non-Insurance Services Provided by Windstar
Any Reason Cruise Credits1
Reimbursement up to 90% of the cruise penalty may be provided in the form of future travel credits if cancellation
reason doesn’t qualify for a cash refund.
Cancellation Fee Waiver2
Reimbursement of a cash refund up to total cruise cost (maximum $75,000) may be available if you need to cancel your trip for illness, injury, death and more.

Trip Interruption
The plan may reimburse up to 100% of your total trip cost ($75,000 maximum) if you must interrupt your trip for covered reasons, such as Sickness, Injury, or Death (other covered reasons apply.)
Trip Delay
The plan may reimbuse $1,000 ($100/day) if your trip is delayed for 6 hours or more for covered reasons, such as Common Carrier delay.
Emergency Accident/Sickness Medical Expenses
Coverage up to $50,000 for Accident and Sickness expenses that you incur while you are on your trip. Coverage may be secondary to your primary and supplemental medical insurance.
Emergency Medical Evacuation and Repatriation of Remains
Coverage up to $100,000 for the cost of necessary medical transportation services and repatriation expenses. Must be coordinated by the Assistance Provider.
Baggage Loss
Coverage up to $3,000 for loss, theft, or damage to your bags or personal effects, provided you have taken
all measures to protect, save and or recover property. Secondary to any coverage you may have for the lost or damaged items.
Baggage Delay
Coverage up to $500 if your bags are delayed by a Common Carrier for 24 hours or more. Secondary to any coverage you receive from the Common Carrier.
